From the Select Interview Questions screen Contributors can search for interview questions used on previous Campaigns or add new interview questions to the current Campaign.

To search for and review Interview Questions used on previous Campaigns

Find interview questions used on previous Campaigns by entering the appropriate parameters into the search panel to the left of the screen.

A list of Interview Questions linked to Campaigns and questions matching the search criteria you entered will be displayed in the search results panel to the right of the screen. To review an interview question, select the record using the selection tick box and click the View / Edit option from the button bar.

To add a question used on previous campaigns to the current campaign, select the record using the selection tick box and click the Add -> Add Question to Campaign option from the button bar.

To create a new Interview Question

To create a new interview question click the Add -> Create New Question option from the button bar. Type or copy the question into the displayed field and click the Save button to save the question to the database.
